The gentle, fluid movements of Qi Gong train the mind to direct the body’s energy, or chi, to any part of the body.  This 8-week class will help to improve balance and blood pressure, build strength, increase range of motion and flexibility, enhance endurance and reduce stress. Ellie Horwitz has studied with Dr Peter Wayne, author of The Harvard Medical School Guide to Tai Chi and Dr Paul Lam, founder of the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Ellie is passionate about the benefits of Qi Gong and loves sharing the practice and principles with others.
