HABITS FOR HEALTH & HAPPINESS

Habits For Health & Happiness is a 12-week group nutrition and exercise program focused on developing new thinking patterns and lasting behavior changes. Participants experience significant weight loss, regulated blood sugar, improved cholesterol profile and lower blood pressure.  In addition, participants experience the freedom of less cravings, decreased struggles with food, improved energy and better moods. The program includes membership to Longfellow Health Clubs, 12 weekly group meetings, two nutrition consultations, before and after fitness assessments, along with blood sugar, blood pressure, and % body fat measurements.
